You are welcome to use the venue in any way you see fit! Inland Port rentals are best for couples who want to have the ceremony and reception at one location. It’s big enough to not require a flip after the ceremony for most wedding sizes.

Inland Port can host up to 350 seated. The Courtyard can host up to 750 seated. The Mural building can host up to 80 seated.

Great question! On average, we think a total budget for a couple getting married at Inland Port would be around $10-$15K (this includes venue, food, dress, etc.)
A total budget for a couple getting married at the mural building is typically around $5000-$7000.

With the exception of alcohol, we are open vendor. Our vendorlist exists so that you can know who we’ve had great experiences with in the past. We do have an outside catering fee.

Just 10 minutes north of Denton off of I-35, there are numerous lodging options just minutes away from the venue. Search for hotels in Denton, or feel free to reach out to ask for personal recommendations.

If a guest has exclusively rented the Courtyard and the event gets cancelled due to inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled within one calendar year for no additional charge.

You will have access to the venue at the time your contract states. Please plan accordingly!

50 West is a family-friendly indoor/outdoor venue in the heart of downtown Krum and close to several residences. We strive to be good neighbors, so we require that all events taking place on our campus are “PG-13” or cleaner. Nothing profane, sexually-explicit, or promoting violence is permitted on campus.

Once a 50% deposit and signed contract are received, your date is locked in!

50% of your total rental fee is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your date.
The remaining 50% and security deposit is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Catering FAQs

Smoke and Fire is our onsite caterer and they can make anything your heart desires, starting from $12.99/plate and up!
We do not require that you use Smoke and Fire, but outside catering fees apply.

You will work directly with the caterer and bar owners for food and beverage selections.

No! We have no food, drink or guest size minimum. We do offer food and beverage minimums as a rental option, however.
Planning FAQs

Outdoor amplification must conclude at 11:00pm. Bar service ends 1.5 hours before the end of your event.

Access to the venue starts during your contracted hours (typically 10:00am the day of your event). If you need to start setting up early, consider purchasing additional hours, using our rehearsal add-on, or scheduling a Friday wedding (guests get access to the venue for 2 hours the evening prior to their event for no additional charge for Friday weddings).

We will send you a template for you to fill out your desired floor plan. Tables, chairs, and any other applicable item (yard games, stage, etc.) will be set up for you when you arrive. We ask that guests bag their trash at the end of the event, but our staff will take care of the rest!
